Creativity Thinkers

I chose Seesaw, Khan Academy and Khan Academy Kids, and Canva because they can support and engage diverse learners. Technology is used in many ways, and I feel using these three is very beneficial for not only students but also teachers. They can be used for great support in learning because kids get to engage in their work and get hands on learning. While teachers get to see how students interact with technology and guide them for future assignments or lessons. They get to see how students excel or what they need help with.   SEESAW Seesaw app is available for both IOS and Android. It gets students to engage while also giving them confidence to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Teachers can also let the students show what they have learned by using photos, videos, drawings, PDFs, and links. Class dojo is a cool app, I really like how they made it where students can pick their own characters. As a teacher, I feel using this will draw the students attention making it fun. They can listen to calm music while working on an assignment or active music. Teachers will be able to check the report to see how the students acted and if they are on track. It shows a spreadsheet of what each student does and this can also be used to show parents how active their child(ren) are. There is also a tool where we can add an event and it will remind parents such as if students have exams or even a fieldtrip.  Messages is another great place to communicate with the parents.
